Account and Data Deletion Request

If you would like to permanently delete your account and associated data, you have two options:
Option 1 — Delete directly inside the app (Recommended)

Open the app

Go to Profile → Delete account and data

Confirm deletion
This permanently deletes:

Your account credentials
-
Orientation statements
-
Weekly grounding statements
-
Journal entries
-
Practice history
Deletion cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by emailing:
Please include:

The email address associated with your account
-
A clear request to delete your account
We will process verified deletion requests within 7 days.
🔐 What Happens After Deletion

All cloud-stored data is permanently removed
-
Local device data remains only if the app is still installed

Deletion is irreversible
