Bahareh Karamifar- Bahar Acharjya
Summary
Bahareh is a multidisciplinary artist specializing in creating installations, paintings, and sculptures that bridge the gap between art and spirituality. Her work primarily revolves around the areas of healing and women's empowerment. The artistic expression she present is deeply influenced by the impact of her life experiences, which include emotional traumas, socio-religious constraints, and the subsequent healing processes she has undergone. She has earned two Master of Fine Arts degrees, with specializations in sculpture and painting, from the prestigious institutions of the University of Florida and Michigan State University.

Since Jan 2021 research and creation of a series of artwork based on the Vedic deities from the Vedas - the ancient-sacred texts of hinduism and healing properties of Crystals as it related to them
Since Aug 2018 “womb wisdom oracle “ artwork series which include mixed media art, In this series, she attempts to rectify the blatant omission of sacred feminine figures from the socio-religious scriptures of certain patriarchal systems.
Since Nov 2020, Working with a team of fashion designers and sewers in India to create utopian clothing concepts based on my Artwork
