Installation & Video
Project description
These video installations are inspired by my ongoing engagement with group therapy, healing practices, and somatic workshops. They explore the body as a vessel of both confinement and liberation, investigating how bodily awareness, emotional release, and human connection emerge through breath, sound, movement, and touch.
Drawing from practices such as Breathwork therapy, Vipassana meditation, and Tantric and Kundalini traditions, these works examine the raw, transformative moments when participants confront physical and emotional thresholds. Breath, sound, and bodily gestures become central elements—tools through which trauma surfaces, energy shifts, and self-awareness deepens.
The installations invite viewers into spaces where the boundaries between self and other begin to dissolve. Moments of discomfort, intimacy, and exposure are integral to the experience, encouraging audiences to connect with their own bodily presence and emotional states. In future works, I intend to expand these explorations through close-up studies of body contact, creating immersive environments that heighten awareness of vulnerability, connection, and release.
