Butterfly Orgasm, 2018, Acrylic on wood panel, 6 x 12 inches
This painting was born from the body, not from thought. It came after a deep inner experience that unfolded through my womb as vibration, warmth, and subtle waves of movement. The sensation felt like a butterfly opening and closing her wings inside me, sending ripples of love through my entire being. In that state, my sense of identity softened and dissolved, and I was carried back to a place that felt older than memory, a place of origin.

The journey moved downward and inward, into the womb of the Divine Mother and the fertile heart of Earth. I felt myself as a seed held in the dark soil, filled with nourishment and ready to grow. I entered the consciousness of plants, sensing how life communicates cell to cell, root to root, in quiet harmony. Growth felt effortless, guided by surrender rather than will. Blooming revealed itself as the most natural state of being.

At the center of the painting is a butterfly-heart, holding both stillness and motion. Its symmetry is alive, gently vibrating, as waves move through it like breath, blood, or subtle frequencies. These movements are orgasmic in their most primal sense , not sexual, but creative and life-giving, the force that moves life from potential into form. The image invites the viewer into this same field of sensation, where body, Earth, and cosmos meet, and where creation begins through love, presence, and deep embodiment.
