One of the most essential steps toward embodying higher vibrations, what I refer to as embodying the Avatar Body, is fully embracing our earthly existence and the body we have been given in this life. By Avatar Body, I mean the capacity of the human body to hold, stabilize, and circulate higher-order consciousness within physical form, rather than accessing it temporarily or symbolically.

In the previous article, the focus was primarily on embracing the five external senses and expanding sensory perception as a bridge between the outer world and the inner one. In this article, the attention turns inward, toward internal sensing, bodily feeling, and the subtle intelligence carried within sensation itself.

When we speak about embracing the body, this does not mean acceptance as an idea or belief. It means directly feeling bodily sensations, emotions, and the memories embedded within them. These sensations are not merely physical, they are the way experience is stored and organized within the cellular body. When we allow ourselves to feel what is already present, without suppression, distraction, or interpretation, we gradually begin to perceive the subtle circulation of life force within us. This sensitivity to inner vibration is a foundational step in embodying the Avatar Body and accessing our full divine potential.

There are practices that support and accelerate this process. The circulation of kundalini, or life-force energy, gradually purifies the body, the mind, and the energetic field. As this current moves more freely, it dissolves blockages created by social conditioning, trauma, inherited patterns, and accumulated pain. When the central channel opens and pure sexual energy circulates throughout the entire body, we begin to feel the electromagnetic relationship between our own field and the larger field of existence, the currents of the Earth and the cosmos that interconnect all life. At this stage, embodiment is no longer conceptual. It becomes lived and tangible.

The key to unlocking the deeper capacities of our being, our intuitive intelligence, psychic sensitivity, heart coherence, and creative potential, lies in our willingness to feel. Feeling the body means feeling all of it, pleasure and discomfort, openness and contraction, joy and grief, clarity and confusion. When we allow ourselves to inhabit every layer of experience, including pain, insecurity, and unresolved emotion, we activate the internal portals that reconnect us to our deeper self. Avoidance fragments consciousness. Presence integrates it.

As our capacity to feel deepens, self-knowledge naturally follows. And as self-knowledge deepens, self-love arises, not as a concept, but as an embodied state. The body reveals itself as a site of remembrance. It is not separate from the divine. It is the medium through which divine intelligence becomes inhabitable.

At first, what we encounter are surface-level sensations, tension, tingling, numbness, heaviness, tightness, soreness, or pain. The practice is simple, though not always easy, remaining present with these sensations without trying to change them, analyze them, or escape them. Through relaxed attention and surrender, surface vibrations begin to soften and reorganize. Beneath them, deeper layers of sensation and vibration gradually emerge, more subtle, more coherent, more alive.

Underneath physical sensation are emotional layers, fear, guilt, anger, sadness, shame, often linked to memories from early life or other layers of experience. These emotions can feel like internal restrictions, as though movement, expression, or vitality has been limited. Yet beneath these layers, there are also positive imprints that were simply buried for protection, joy, creativity, sensitivity, devotion, and innate spiritual capacities. Remembering specific memories is not required for purification, but when remembrance does occur, it often reveals one’s unique soul vibration and latent gifts.

As these layers integrate, the chakra system naturally begins to open and align. Life-force energy circulates more freely through the body, and sexual energy becomes refined rather than suppressed or fragmented. Sensitivity to subtle vibration increases, not only within the body but in relation to the universal field. We begin to experience ourselves as participants in a continuous energetic exchange rather than as isolated individuals.

When life force is felt as an electromagnetic current moving through the physical body and extending into the etheric body, embodiment enters a new phase. Everything that exists, visible or invisible, carries its own vibrational signature while remaining connected to the same universal current. As our sensitivity deepens, we gain the capacity to attune to other frequencies. This attunement is not passive. It is an exchange. Through resonance, we both receive and transmit information, integrating aspects of consciousness that were previously inaccessible.

These intelligences may be experienced as Earth energies, trees, rivers, elemental forces, dragons, faeries, or sacred deities. Rather than being understood as external beings in the traditional sense, they can be recognized as dimensions of a larger field of consciousness that we already participate in. By relating to them, we are not escaping embodiment. We are expanding our sense of identity and coherence.

As explored more deeply in Intimacy in the Age of Crystal Consciousness, full integration occurs through intimacy. When etheric bodies merge in the frequency of love, whether with another human being or with consciousness itself, there is a state of union that resembles the merging of eternal lovers. In this state, orgasmic life force circulates beyond the physical, dissolving the experience of separation.

The same principle applies to human intimacy. When two people meet in presence, openness, and mutual love, their energy fields merge and kundalini naturally rises. This state of oneness is not created through technique alone. It arises from sensitivity to subtle vibration and an open channel for life-force circulation.

The etheric body is one of our subtle bodies and exists as a deeper vibrational layer within the physical body, not separate from it. It is not the core essence, but an intermediary field through which energy, emotion, and consciousness interact. At the deepest center of being, there is a state of unity with source in which nothing else is needed or desired. While tasting this state is essential for remembering who we are, remaining there permanently is not the purpose of incarnation.

We are here, at this moment, to live, create, relate, and contribute within the material world, without dividing the spiritual from the physical. As the frequency of the Earth continues to shift, there is an increasing need for individuals who can embody higher-order consciousness while remaining fully engaged in life. Embodiment is not withdrawal. It is participation from a deeper level of coherence.

There are practical, daily practices that cultivate sensitivity to subtle energy and support this process of integration. These will be shared in detail in my book and upcoming courses, where embodiment is approached not as an ideal, but as a lived, sustainable, and relational way of being.
